1. The membership intending of renew his membership may do so from 1st to 31st March each year on furnishing proof of filling of a return of income tax for the latest preceding assessment year together with the expired membership certificate for the last year.

2. On receipt of above documents of the official incharge shall enter his relevant details in a register kept for this purpose and issue fee deposit slip for the appropriate amount to be deposited in the designated banked branch. On receipt of deposit verification from the bank the registration officer shall issue original certificate of membership for the relevant year duly signed by the Secretary General and the Chairman.
